Refunds

Scope

These policies apply to advisory consultations sold by Bonus 10000 PI Mining App: retainers, attribution reviews, performance briefings, and campaign post-mortems. This site does not sell physical products, software licences, or media inventory.

Eligibility & timeframe

Request a refund review within fourteen days of the charge date for project work that has not started, or within seven days of a missed briefing that we cancelled. Email info@bonus-10000pi-mining-app.digital with your invoice number and reason.

Full refunds

Full refunds apply when we cancel a briefing or project kickoff and cannot offer a suitable reschedule within thirty days, or when we have collected a deposit but not begun discovery work.

Partial refunds

If discovery has started but the written deliverable is not yet delivered, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already worked at the agreed rate. Monthly retainer fees already consumed in a started month are not refundable; unused future months prepaid may be refunded if cancelled with thirty days’ notice.

Non-refundable items

• Completed memos, briefings already delivered, and facilitated workshops that occurred
• Third-party costs we paid on your behalf with prior approval (for example, travel booked for an on-site post-mortem)
• Deposits forfeited after a no-show without twenty-four hours’ notice

Cancellation & rescheduling

Briefings may be rescheduled once without fee when you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Later changes may forfeit the session fee. Retainer cancellations require thirty days’ written notice. Work already started on a project continues to be billable through the notice period unless we agree otherwise in writing.

No-shows & deposits

Project deposits (typically fifty percent) reserve calendar time. A no-show for a scheduled workshop without timely notice forfeits the deposit. The remaining balance is not charged if no deliverable was produced.

Refund process & timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds inside Vietnam may arrive faster; international transfers can take longer depending on your bank.
