Acceptance

By requesting a consultation, attending a briefing, or using this website, you agree to these terms between you and Bonus 10000 PI Mining App, operating from Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak, Vietnam.

Services

We provide advisory consultations including paid media planning, attribution change reviews, performance marketing briefings, and campaign post-mortem facilitation. Deliverables are written plans, memos, and facilitated sessions as described in your proposal. We do not sell software subscriptions, media inventory, or payment processing through this site.

Intellectual property

Site content, field notes, and our standard frameworks remain our intellectual property. Client-specific memos become the client’s to use internally once invoices for that engagement are paid. You may not resell our templates or republish field notes without written permission.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate access to reporting exports, clarifying decision rights inside your organisation, and ensuring that any agency participants have permission to join sessions.

Liability

Advisory recommendations are based on information available at the time of delivery. Media auctions and platform policies change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a consultation is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for lost profits, auction outcomes, or third-party agency performance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, courts in Dak Lak, Vietnam have jurisdiction.
